Allies acknowledge and use their power and influence to create safety for those who experience individual and institutional discrimination.
Allyship cultures value, celebrate, and promote the full diversity of its current and future stakeholders. There is no end result; allyship is an active process. However, allyship cultures promote the highest level of safety and belonging, encouraging the very best of your people.
I can support you in raising awareness of intersectional allyship in your community. This involves genuinely understanding the stories, experiences, and beliefs that inform your community’s behaviours, decisions, and motivations. I can help identify and address those manifestations of the unconscious, structural prejudices that have been inherited and maintained.
How would this work?
Depending on the project brief, these services can be delivered online and/or in person.
I offer a one-hour briefing call to ensure all parties understand the scope, size, and outcomes to inform our service level agreement. The level of investment will be decided upon once we have agreed on this.
My standard service fees are:
- Coaching for an Individual: £100 per hour
- Group Coaching, training, workshop, or facilitation: £400 per hour
- Half-Day Rate: £1,000 (based on 3.5 hours)
- Full-Day Rate: £1,500 (based on 8 hours)

Training and Workshops
I provide a range of seminars, training, and workshops to help your community understand social change language and concepts, developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence in working with diverse communities. These can be delivered in person, online, or through a digital learning platform.
Cultural Insight and Analysis
I use a combination of business and coaching psychology, cultural analysis, communications, and research tools to help you understand what beliefs, behaviours, and experiences influence your community. This can range from consulting on or implementing your staff survey, conducting interviews and focus groups with your teams, to performing desk-based research of your communication streams, policies and strategic documents. From this, you will receive an in-depth analysis and recommendations based on these findings.
Coaching Support for Allies and Colleagues from Marginalised Communities
I am available to support members of your community working towards social change. This might be with members of your Board, the Leadership Team, staff networks, Employee Resource Groups, or emerging leaders. These can be delivered to individuals or facilitated through group coaching. In these sessions, I provide high support and high challenge whilst exploring with coachees their identities, influences, and resources that can support them in their roles. These spaces may also allow colleagues from historically marginalised communities to access collective healing and well-being.
Overall, I think our work with Lou has been transformative in taking our stated organisational values from something on a website to a genuine expression of how we work as a team. Not always comfortable but deeply worthwhile.
