Here is where you can find my growing collection of resources for your own musings and development:
I have crowd-sourced many allyship resources, including videos, podcasts, articles, reading lists, and anything else that my wider communities or I have found useful.
I have collated some academic resources that informed my research and academic paper: Conceptualising Allyship for Coaching to Promote Social Change. I have also shared the Spotify Playlist that I listened to whilst researching. It is a collection of podcast episodes around inclusive coaching, the coaching relationship, trauma-informed practice, collective trauma and healing, allyship, epistemic injustice, social justice and political philosophy.
Some of you have tried privilege walk or spared injustice profile exercises in our work together. Before you implement it in your groups, you should see these resources and information about this activity here.
