My group development services focus on bringing people together, enabling and encouraging the full scope of experiences, expertise, and ideas available within the team.
I can facilitate conversations that are challenging but important in a way that is inclusive and safe. This might be resolving conflict and discomfort, reinvigorating a sense of team identity, or overcoming a feeling of stuckness. This work can be done with individuals within teams and the larger group.
I can support leaders in understanding how and why their teams operate the way they do and analyse where challenges or obstructions occur. This may involve research into communications, the organisational culture, or the extent that team members feel they belong.
How would this work?
Depending on the project brief, these services can be delivered online and/or in person.
I offer a one-hour briefing call to ensure all parties understand the scope, size, and outcomes to inform our service level agreement. The level of investment will be decided upon once we have agreed on this.
My standard service fees are:
- Coaching for an Individual: £100 per hour
- Group Coaching, training, workshop, or facilitation: £400 per hour
- Half-Day Rate: £1,000 (based on 3.5 hours)
- Full-Day Rate: £1,500 (based on 8 hours)

Coaching for Individuals and Teams
I provide coaching for members of your community. This might be with members of your Board, the Leadership Team, staff networks, Employee Resource Groups, or new, emerging leaders. The scope of the coaching will focus on overcoming stuckness, whether that’s a lack of confidence, experience, or work-life balance. I use anti-oppressive, trauma-informed coaching to enable coachees to access their resourcefulness and self-esteem.
Training and Workshops
I provide a range of seminars, training, and workshops to help your team or community overcome stuckness, conflict, or a sense of team identity. I specialise in having difficult conversations, providing safer spaces for collaboration and new ideas, and developing authentic leadership styles.
Cultural Insight and Analysis
I use a combination of business and coaching psychology, cultural analysis, communications, and research tools to help you understand what beliefs, behaviours, and experiences influence your teams or community. This can range from consulting on or implementing your staff survey, conducting interviews and focus groups with your teams, to performing desk-based research of your communication streams, policies, and strategic documents. From this, you will receive an in-depth analysis and recommendations based on these findings.
